Exchange and Refunds

At SmartPick UAE, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we offer a straightforward exchange and refund policy for purchases made on www.smartpickuae.shop. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us at support@smartpickuae.shop with your order details and clear photos of the issue. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, tags, and receipt. For orders completed via Cash on Delivery (COD), approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit after our quality assurance team receives and inspects the returned item. Please note that return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or wrong item received), and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
