At SmartPick UAE, we offer reliable Cash on Delivery (COD) services across the United Arab Emirates to make your shopping experience convenient and secure.

Delivery Timeframes: Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–4 business days across all major UAE cities. Remote areas may require additional handling time.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment: Payment must be made in full using physical cash (in AED) directly to the courier agent upon receiving your shipment. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to avoid delays.

Order Verification: To prevent fraudulent orders, all COD purchases are subject to phone or WhatsApp verification. Unconfirmed orders will not be dispatched until confirmed by the customer.

Delivery Fee & Free Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. If applicable, free delivery thresholds will be automatically applied to your cart total prior to confirmation.
